Payment Terms & Conditions - IMEI Lookup Services

1.1 Prepaid model

IMEILookup operates on a prepaid service credit model. Users purchase credits in advance, and credits are deducted when a device verification or related Service is ordered and processed.

1.2 Nature of credits

Credits represent advance payment for electronics device verification services and:

• have no cash value;
• are non-withdrawable and may not be redeemed for money;
• are not legal tender, stored value, e-money, or a financial account;
• may only be used to purchase Services available on IMEILookup.

1.3 Fixed credit packages

Credits are sold only in predefined packages, which currently include: 10, 50, 100 and 500 credits.

1.4 Service consumption and estimates

Each Service consumes a variable number of credits depending on the brand, service type, and depth of the verification report selected. Any displayed estimate of the number of Device Verfications a credit package may cover is approximate only and does not constitute a guarantee.

1.5 Credit validity

Purchased credits are valid for eighteen (18) months from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. IMEILookup may revise credit validity periods for future purchases with prior notice.

2.1 Supported payment methods

Payments may be made through authorized payment processors, including Stripe (credit and debit cards) and CoinGate (cryptocurrency). Credits are issued automatically once payment confirmation is received from the relevant processor.

2.2 Manual payments

Manual payment methods such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Western Union may be accepted by prior arrangement and credited only after receipt verification and compliance checks.

3.1 General policy

Purchased credits are generally non-refundable, except as expressly stated in these Terms or where required by applicable law.

3.2 Service Delivery Issues

If a Service cannot be delivered due to a technical or system error attributable to IMEILookup, IMEILookup may, at its discretion, take reasonable steps to resolve the issue, including reprocessing the order or restoring the service credits used for that specific order.

3.3 Refund Eligibility (Limited)

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

• a duplicate or erroneous payment was processed; or
• a Service could not be delivered due to a technical issue attributable to IMEILookup and the issue cannot be resolved.

All refunds are issued at IMEILookup's sole discretion and only where permitted by the applicable payment processor and compliance requirements.

3.4 Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where feasible, subject to processor rules, compliance checks, and settlement timelines. Processing times vary and may take 10–15 business days or longer.

3.5 Cryptocurrency payments

For cryptocurrency payments, any approved refund will be handled strictly in accordance with the payment processor's supported refund mechanisms and applicable compliance requirements. Where a direct refund is not supported, IMEILookup may provide an alternative remedy permitted by the processor.

3.6 Non-transferability

Purchased credits are non-transferable between user accounts. Any exception must be approved in writing by IMEILookup solely to correct a verified billing or account ownership error.

3.7 Termination for cause

Accounts terminated due to fraud, abuse, misuse of Services, or breach of these Terms are not eligible for refunds, and any remaining credits may be forfeited.

5.1 Dispute notification

If you believe a payment was made in error, you must notify IMEILookup in writing within sixty (60) days of the charge.

5.2 Review process

IMEILookup will investigate disputes in good faith. During a review, access to disputed credits or Services may be temporarily restricted for risk-management purposes.

5.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting IMEILookup to seek resolution may be treated as a breach of these Terms. In cases of abusive or fraudulent chargebacks, IMEILookup may suspend or terminate your account, forfeit remaining credits, and pass through any chargeback-related costs where permitted by law.
